About Me
I started practicing yoga and Pilates 10 years ago during my university’s Mind-Body program, and from that moment, I knew this would become a lifelong passion. For me, movement has been a constant source of strength, especially during difficult times. It’s helped me stay present in my body, grounded, and connected to myself when life felt overwhelming. I believe that by focusing on our bodies, we become mentally more resilient, and that’s a lesson I’ve carried with me throughout my own journey.
I’m deeply passionate about movement—not just as exercise, but as a way to reconnect with ourselves and find strength we didn’t know we had. Over the years, I’ve discovered that when we push past our comfort zones, we unlock deeper layers of strength, both physically and mentally. This is what drives me to teach and guide others—helping people find that inner power that already exists within them.
