In fact, accidents happen when we least expect them, and as much as we try to avoid them, they still happen unannounced. In the end, what would matter is how well we are prepared to stop that occurrence from getting worse or even leading to death. Research has shown that many people who died from sudden cardiac arrest (sudden heart stoppage) didn't die because it was their time to die; rather, they died because there was no one with the right skill set to administer basic life support (CPR especially) to them. That very moment is usually a crucial moment when the fate of the individual is decided by what we know, or ours decided by that of others. Usually, what the best fate would be is to give the casualty another opportunity to see and hold his loved ones again. And I'd say again that this is a must-have skill for all to prevent or reduce death from preventable causes. Respectfully, if you ever find me in a position where I require first aid, please do not let me die!!!

I have done a lot of cover work teaching in various high schools around the Preston area. I specialise in special educational needs and physical education. However, I have covered many other classes such as maths, english and science. I am able to adapt lessons to ensure they are children centered and use the necessary guidance books for children to learn from to gain the necessary qualification (e.g if they are wanting to sit their GCSEs).
