Hi! I’m Sara from Italy, and since I was young, music has been a constant companion in my life. I’ve always seen it as a powerful form of self-expression and a way to connect with yourself and others. Throughout my piano and clarinet education, I’ve encountered many inspiring teachers and classmates, as well as some challenging moments. Becoming a teacher reflects my wish to share my passion for these instruments. I love helping people discover the joy of music, and I adapt every lesson to make learning effective, fun, creative, and meaningful.

In my classes, you will find a creative and supportive environment where your individual skills, goals, and musical preferences come first. Taking the time to understand these elements helps me tailor lessons in a creative and effective way, making sure the material and repertoire suit what you enjoy and want to achieve.

I create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable and motivated to explore music at their own pace. Gentle and clear communication is very important to me, so we stay connected and work together to support progress.

Whether you’re starting out, looking to improve, or aiming for exams, my lessons are designed to be flexible, engaging, and focused on what matters most to you! :)

I am a professional classical musician with years of teaching experience in the UK. Teaching is a passion for me and I always strive to find the best possible teaching approach suitable for the student. I always care about the big themes of learning and teaching and I apply a selection trusted method to my lessons.

With me, you will be able to get a solid instrumental technique, together with a varied and inspired aesthetic understanding of the music. I also always make sure that musical and instrumental goals don't overshadow the importance of music lessons for the development of the child and my focus is first and foremost on students' own holistic development.

Please feel free to get in touch with me and have a chat about what you are looking for.

There are two grand pianos at the location in Den Haag.

For children, it is important to develop basic musical skills through Singing, Rythmique, and Ear training besides piano playing. I use one technical exercise book, the main textbook, and a theory book. Through these 3 books, students learn different aspects of music and they naturally get ready for exams and grades.

After acquiring basic skills, students study Harmony and Chord exercises too. These are useful for playing pops and jazz, and they obtain a deeper understanding of classical pieces too.

Private Piano lesson, from age 4 and above. Children can start the lesson after being able to read the numbers from 1 to 5 and the alphabet from A to G.

Advanced students who want to prepare for competitions, auditions, ABRSM, GCSE, IB exams, or the entrance exam of the conservatory.

The concert is held annually together with students of flute, violin, and composition teachers.

For the ages 1-7 years, I have group Rhythmique lessons.

Hi there! My name is Norica. I am a pianist and a piano teacher from Tokyo.

Just quickly to the point: My approach is holistic and systematic. It uses lots of fun exercises and nice educational materials from Japan in addition to the Internationally recognized standard books. (Don't worry, you don't have to understand Japanese!) You learn not only how to play piano but also how music works- music theory.

I know what my students are good at and not so good at right off the bat. That's why I can tailor the lesson plans to their goals and needs.

Also, if you like to take an ABRSM exam, the syllables will be tailored accordingly. So what will be tested on the day of the exam is integrated into the lessons and my class/lesson offers all-round preparation for the exam. I have helped my students pass G1, 3, 5 and 6 with a good score.

Another important aspect of my lesson is to focus on improving cognitive skills - increasing memory, right-hand-left-hand-coordination, sustained attention, nonverbal communication, and a feeling of independence and freedom.

I do so with unique materials from Japan and fun training.

Currently students from 4 to 76 years old are taking my lessons. As an educator, I am committed to the process of learning while making lessons enjoyable and constructive.

Please drop me a line if you're interested. If you have any questions about the lesson, feel free to ask.

I will be happy to answer all your questions!

Thank you

Highly dedicated and passionate teacher.

Age does not matter when it comes to learning, just enjoying it. Lessons for beginners to more advanced students.
Always trying to keep a creative environment where the students can express themselves in all aspects.
I believe that it is necessary to be constant. The ideal would be one hour or hour and a half a week, but that depends on the student availability. I would provide a personal adaptation.

I like playing games, singing and coming up to most creative solutions for learning fast inside of a save space for questions and imagination of the student. It is very important to motivate the students regarding to their music tastes.

I consider myself an involved and motivated musician. I am constantly trying to learn new styles and enjoy so much doing it. At the moment I am studying my second bachelor degree in music, specifically in Early Music.

I am very flexible with schedules for lessons so coming to a common point should not be very difficult.

"I am a pianist. I started playing the piano at the age of seven and I am passionate about music. I am fascinated by the world of pedagogy, understanding that teaching is helping to learn. I am committed to my work with dedication and enthusiasm, and I believe that motivation is the key to both teaching and learning. I want to educate in values and I am committed to the pursuit of educational quality, based on equity and excellence. I am flexible and adaptable to each person, and I like teamwork. I appreciate discipline, rigor in my work, effort, and resilience. My aim is to help students learn constructively and to help them become autonomous as soon as possible. The focus is always on the student."

I structure the classes into three blocks, which I consider essential:

-Technique: through exercises and studies we must develop technical ability.
- Works of all styles: we learn from the great artists of all periods.
-Introduction to jazz and modern music: we will create a routine to work on improvisation and develop creativity.

These are the paths I propose, but each student is free to develop what he/she wishes. I also complement the classes with musical language and harmony.

Every pianist should focus on being a complete and balanced musician. We must develop aural skills, sight-reading, mastery of musical language and harmony, composition, improvisation, creativity, a critical spirit, good taste in music, and above all, a passion for music.

Get to play the music you like!
Get to know the beauty of classical music!
Engage in the beautiful process of discovering art!

- Teaching has been an essential part of my musical life. I have a great respect for this vocation and am ready to guide my pupils with responsibility and enthusiasm! I have taught people of ages between 5 and 75, people with all kinds of levels and backgrounds. I am willing to take every new situation as a challenge.

Have you always wanted to learn how to play the piano? Do you want to gain your confidence back after years of not playing? I have more than 10 years of experience teaching all levels and ages in a variety of different music genres. The lessons are tailor made to fit your level and goals, and can go beyond piano playing for those who want it (e.g. composition, songwriting, improvisation...)

Are you looking for piano lessons for your child(ren) but don't know which teacher to trust?
The first music classes for a young student are always the most important, often determining whether the child will love the instrument or not, so they require special attention. Pretty scary, I imagine!

So, hello there! My name is Gina, and I am a specialized piano teacher in music education for children, with more than 7 years of experience teaching young pupils.
I have worked with dozens of piano beginners, ensuring they have the best start in their musical journey. By following various teaching methods that have been proven to positively impact children's overall music education, I make sure that my pupils remain interested and learn a lot from the very beginning!

You can book a first lesson where you—the parents—can also be present during the class. Who knows? Maybe you'll learn something new too!

See you soon!
