I am a Greek violinist, originally from Thessaloniki. I have lived in Vienna since 2009 and completed my studies at the MUK Private University in the class of Lidia Baich. Before that, I studied at the Gnessin Institute in Moscow.

It's especially important to me to offer my students the opportunity to experience music and express themselves in this beautiful language during lessons. Since I myself come from the Russian school, the basic principles of the violin are combined with beautiful sound, expressiveness, and a musical character. And, of course, humor is a must!

Ich bin eine griechische Geigerin, ursprünglich aus Thessaloniki. Seit 2009 wohne ich in Wien und habe hier mein Studium absolviert am MUK Privatuniversität in der Klasse von Lidia Baich. Vorher habe ich in Moskau am Gnessin Institut studiert.

Es ist mir besonders wichtig, während der Unterrichtsstunde, meinen Studenten die Möglichkeit zu bieten, Musik zu erfahren und sich selbst in dieser schönen Sprache auszudrücken. I am an Italian pianist, I graduated at F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest. I offer piano accompaniment to instrumentalists and singers. Being Italian my native language, I may support singers with pronunciation for the Italian Opera repertoire. Aside having a large experience in accompanying vocalists, I have an extensive background in chamber music, I have performed several times in Duo, Trio, Quintet, and I have accompanied string players for auditions, competitions and masterclasses in many different occasions. Anna was born in Riga, Latvia. She was seven years old when she received her first violin lessons. From the age of 14 she began to study in Riga in "Emila Dārziņā" Music College with Professor Ludmilla Girskaja.
During her studies she takes part in various competitions such as "Latvian Talents" first prize and "Dvarionas" competition in Lithuania, also master course with Vadim Gluzman
After completing her studies in Riga with distinction, she began her further studies in Vienna in 2003 with Professor Jan Pospichal, the concertmaster of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.
In 2011 she completed her master's degree at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Since 2011 she has been playing in various orchestras (Tonkünstler Orchestra, Strauss Festival Orchestra, Vienna Cathedral Orchestra, Klagenfurt Symphony Orchestra). Her love for teaching began during her student days in Vienna. She teaches a lot for children and also helps various musicians preparing for auditions, including online. Classes are held in German, English, Russian and Latvian.

I will improve your passagework, intonation, vibrato, sliding, presence, and solidity. I can also encourage musical intuition and imagination for creative students and teach them how to be independent thinkers to achieve awesome musicianship.

In my first two years of violin training, I had the opportunity to study the Suzuki method while becoming accustomed to a more traditional style and am therefore versatile and flexible with student's abilities.

I have performed as a classical soloist, in chamber groups, and with a full orchestra. Hi, my name is Atsu and I'd love to pass on my knowledge, my experiences and my passion to you! I started playing the violin when I was three and up until now I've studied with Fuminori Shinozaki and Simon Wiener, amongst others.

I gladly offer my assistance to you, so that you can achieve your goals efficiently. Here, it's important for me to discover your strengths together and help you develop them further. Of course, I will make sure that you have fun and you stay motivated:) Probably what's special about my lesson is that we're also going to play duets, which should help you learn to listen to other musicians and acquire the skills needed for playing in an ensemble.

In the long run: it's not just about learning the rules and correct techniques; it is also vital that you eventually learn to interpret the music on your own personal way by using your (musical) intelligence, and to have the confidence to break traditional norms. It is through the hands of artists who dare to experiment that music (like all art forms) becomes alive.

I am a violinist based in Vienna with extensive performance and teaching experience. The last few years I have studied in many cities (such as Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam), learning from some of the best music professors in Europe.
