Intensive German Course for Two Adults in September – Vienna or Online

In September 2026, I am offering a private German intensive in Vienna or online, designed for international professionals who want to make substantial progress within a focused period. The preferred format is for two participants who already know each other well, such as partners, colleagues or close associates, and who share a similar level, learning pace and availability.
The expected scope is 20 to 30 hours per week. A carefully selected coursebook provides the structure, while the programme is tailored to your professional background, personal interests and everyday life in Austria. Depending on your goals, the course may incorporate professional communication, presentations, emails, Austrian literature, history, political culture, current affairs and authentic texts from your own field. These materials are used to develop precise vocabulary, strengthen grammar and pronunciation, and build confidence in speaking, reading and writing.
Before the programme begins, I assess your current level, goals and learning profile in detail and use this as the basis for a tailored course plan. The content is then adapted continuously as you progress. A private one-to-one intensive may also be available by agreement.

My name is Lukas. I am a qualified teacher and have been working in the field of German as a foreign and second language for several years. I have recently started offering my lessons through Apprentus as well. I may be new to the platform, but I already have several years of professional teaching experience.
I work with people who want to use German confidently, precisely and at a high level. In many cases, the professional context is central. This may include meetings, presentations, workplace conversations, professional emails and language that is appropriate to the situation.
Lessons can also go beyond immediate workplace needs. At higher levels, I enjoy working with literature, newspaper articles, and topics related to society, politics and culture. This allows learners to develop more nuanced German while engaging with intellectually stimulating content.
My lessons are clearly structured and prepared with the individual learner in mind. I explain clearly, correct precisely and provide direct feedback. The aim is to develop language that is accurate, confident and appropriate to the situation.

I have more than three years of experience teaching German as a foreign and second language. I regularly work at several language institutes in Vienna and teach learners at different proficiency levels.

I also have extensive experience preparing learners for ÖIF, ÖSD and Goethe exams. I gained international teaching experience as a language assistant in Italy.
