About Me
Stavros was born in Thessaloniki in 1996. In 2017 he graduated and obtained the diploma of violin performance with unanimously Excellent grade from the Conservatory of Northern Greece. He studied and attended workshops with distinguished professors such as: Zlatka Zlateva, Mikis Michailidis, Stephan Picard, Angel Stankov, Tosca Opdam, Carla Leurs, Sarah Kapustin and Annechien Van Blom in Greece and Europe.
He has participated in numerous international music seminars such as the Doumbia International Music Seminars and Musicalp Académie Internationale de Musique where he has performed as a soloist, in chamber music ensembles and as an intership practical teacher.
In June 2017, he performed in the first world performance of the work "Nostalgie" for violin and piano by the renowned musician and composer Solon Michaelides, transcribed by Mikis Michaelides.
In the years 2017 and 2018 he was an active member of the Pro Musica Chamber Orchestra of Thessaloniki and in November 2017 he performed as the concertmaster of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Conservatory of Northern Greece during the tribute “Life and work of Maria Callas” operated by the Conservatory of Northern Greece, the charitable institution “MAZI” and the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
He has many years of teaching experience having been trained in teaching methods such as the Suzuki Technique, the Colorstrings method etc. He is currently teaching violin, piano, music training, music theory and harmony.

Education
Stavros commenced his exploration of the violin at the Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki. Building upon this initial experience, he continued his studies at the Conservatory of Northern Greece, where he earned the Diploma of Violin Performance. Additionally, Stavros enriched his musical education with a brief but valuable period of study at Utrecht's Conservatorium. Currently, he is dedicated to furthering his knowledge and skills, pursuing his second degree at the prestigious ArtEZ Conservatorium in Zwolle.
