About Me

Stavros was born in Thessaloniki in 1996. In 2017 he graduated and obtained the diploma of violin performance with unanimously Excellent grade from the Conservatory of Northern Greece. He studied and attended workshops with distinguished professors such as: Zlatka Zlateva, Mikis Michailidis, Stephan Picard, Angel Stankov, Tosca Opdam, Carla Leurs, Sarah Kapustin and Annechien Van Blom in Greece and Europe.
He has participated in numerous international music seminars such as the Doumbia International Music Seminars and Musicalp Académie Internationale de Musique where he has performed as a soloist, in chamber music ensembles and as an intership practical teacher.
In June 2017, he performed in the first world performance of the work "Nostalgie" for violin and piano by the renowned musician and composer Solon Michaelides, transcribed by Mikis Michaelides.
In the years 2017 and 2018 he was an active member of the Pro Musica Chamber Orchestra of Thessaloniki and in November 2017 he performed as the concertmaster of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Conservatory of Northern Greece during the tribute “Life and work of Maria Callas” operated by the Conservatory of Northern Greece, the charitable institution “MAZI” and the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
He has many years of teaching experience having been trained in teaching methods such as the Suzuki Technique, the Colorstrings method etc. He is currently teaching violin, piano, music training, music theory and harmony.

Education

Stavros commenced his exploration of the violin at the Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki. Building upon this initial experience, he continued his studies at the Conservatory of Northern Greece, where he earned the Diploma of Violin Performance. Additionally, Stavros enriched his musical education with a brief but valuable period of study at Utrecht's Conservatorium. Currently, he is dedicated to furthering his knowledge and skills, pursuing his second degree at the prestigious ArtEZ Conservatorium in Zwolle.

Dear violin lovers! I'm a violin teacher for 10 years now, I have been teaching in Portugal and the Netherlands. My lessons can be given in English, Portuguese, French or Spanish.

Playing the violin is my passion, especially when I can pass on my knowledge and love for music to my students of all ages and levels.

I work as a team with you, finding the right method that fit your needs. What is important for me is to work on a good connection with the instrument and find the right basis for the start of your violin playing.
In my violin lessons, I would like also to share with you my musical knowledge, show you recordings of great violin players, prepare with you pieces that you always wanted to play and give you the tools so you can achieve your goals in music. I like to share the general knowledge of violin playing as well as basic and intermediate music theory lessons so you can enter in the world of music, but especially to have fun!!

My lessons can be shared between violin and theory together depending on what you are looking for.

The lessons will be at my house if you are in need of an instrument we can find one for you!

I did my Bachelor at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with the teachers Maria Milstein and Eliot Lawson and completed my Masters in Performance degree with excellency as well in Amsterdam under the guidance of Liviu Prunaru and Mathieu van Bellen while studying baroque violin with Shunske Sato.

I have my own violin class in Amsterdam, and I love teaching.

Would you like to play the violin? Have you ever had a violin lesson, but let it go again? I would like to give you the opportunity to try or pick it up again!

My name is Lonne and I give violin lessons to children and adults with great enthusiasm. Everyone is different, one shy, the other very unrestrained. In your own way and at your own pace, I want to teach you as much as possible.

In the lessons I pay attention to teamwork, music games, a healthy playing position, fun, musicality and technique. I have studied different methods and can therefore find the right method for a person. For beginners I often use the "method of the 21st century", in which students learn to play the violin in a playful way. For students it is instructive and fun to show what they have learned on violin lessons, that's why I hold promising moments every year.

I graduated from the conservatory in 2014. Besides teaching with great enthusiasm, I work as a soloist and play chamber music in various ensembles. I also play in orchestras and I work in light music.

My main goal is that students enjoy playing music by making violin. Age does not matter, everyone can learn it.

I am Ana Marquez (23 years old), violinist and music teacher from Spain based in the Netherlands, last May I completed my studies at the HKU Utrecht Conservatory.

I started my musical education at the age of 6 in Málaga, my birthplace. I followed the Suzuki method from an early age, but I am also familiar with other methods such as the Paul Roland method or the Yehudi Menuhin method. Throughout my musical career I have been inspired and influenced by many great musicians who have guided and taught me. What I hope to offer my students is the ability to expand their vision and love for music, helping them find the music they want to make, play and experience. A technical side is being developed, but a creative, executive and musical treatment will also be present in my lessons. From classical to jazz.

With the Suzuki method, everyone can learn to play the violin!
The main components of the Suzuki method are:

Hi! My name is Eider and I’m a Spanish violinist living in Zwolle. I’ve been playing the violin since I was 7 and after studying my Bachelor’s Degree in Spain, I’m about to finish my Classical Music Master in ArtEZ Conservatorium. I’ve been teaching violin for more than 3 years now to students of different ages and levels. I also love performing in orchestras and chamber music groups.

For me, music is a language and it’s all about storytelling and sharing emotions. Therefore, I like to look for a balance between teaching technique and using imagination and creativity. My goal is for the students to enjoy the lessons, and since this means something different for each student, I like to adapt my teaching accordingly. Playing the violin is having your own artistic voice and expressing yourself, and it can be so much fun! :)

I am a professional violinist and teacher with experience in one-to-one lessons. I was taught the technique of the Galamian school and have travelled to Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands over the last few years.

About the lesson:

Specialized in jazz classes at least at all levels – with absolute beginners at the top of the speakers.

From 10 days to 10 days, you will be able to listen to your music via private channel without listening to music. Since March 2024 I teach at De Leerorkest in Amsterdam and De Gooische Muziekschool.

My lessons are based on fun, patience and attentive listening. I tailor each lesson to the student’s personal goals and interests – whether that’s classical music, folk music or improvisation. If you listen to some of the music you have inspired, you will be able to put the structure into effect.
