Hi !
I have been a saxophonist for 11 years now and currently studying at the University of Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès in Jazz License, I offer courses adapted to your level and your rhythm but above all based on what you want to learn and play.
I benefited from a classical and jazz education, which allows me to be comfortable with all types of students.
Classes can be done on site or at home, moving around does not bother me.
I offer these lessons to neophytes wishing to learn this instrument or to beginners in their first years (1-6 years of practice), whatever the age.

- Technical exercises
- Sound and broadcast work
- Work of the desired directory
- Improvisation exercises
- Ear work
- Working in pairs

I will cover all of this in my classes!
Looking forward to sharing my passion with you 😁
Extra information
I can lend my saxophone during the lesson if necessary, but you will still need to bring a mouthpiece, a ligature and reeds.

About Me
MUSIC

Passionate about music since always, I started learning the saxophone at the age of 10 at the independent music school in Vic-en-Bigorre. After two years spent in this school, I continued the saxophone in the music schools of the Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées agglomeration and I discovered collective practices there (Harmony Orchestras, ensembles and saxophone quartets).

Via the federation of musical societies of the Hautes Pyrénées, I discovered the courses of the junior harmony orchestra, as well as the regional harmony orchestra of Occitanie a few years later, with which I had the chance to perform in memorable locations and with internationally renowned musicians (Jérôme Laran, Hugo Blacher, Catherine Puertolas)

In parallel with my "classic" course in music school, I am interested in jazz and improvisation, in particular thanks to the Jazz In Marciac festival, which is located a few kilometers from my native village and in which I rediscovered my instrument, both in listening and in practice. I also had the chance to play in large ensembles with renowned instrumentalists (Muret Big Band, dir. Dominique RIEUX, Ensemble Sax&Co, dir. Daniel SOUSPERREGUY)
Today I continue this path in my studies, after having been accepted for a Jazz and Musical Cultures License at the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès this year.

In parallel to the purely instrumental practice, I also trained in writing arrangements for different formations and I discovered a passion for arrangement and computer music on software like MuseScore and Ableton Live. I also attach great importance to the physics behind music and more generally sound, an area in which I perfected myself thanks to the 2020-2021 school year during which I was at L'ITEMM in Le Mans, a school where I learned the profession of luthier / repairer on wind instruments alternately in the company l'Art des Notes in Pau.

ENGLISH

From the beginning of my English learning in CM1, I was very lucky because my parents registered me for a language stay in Wales, where I was going for 2 weeks in a host family who did not speak not a word of French, which was extremely instructive. I then made this trip every year, from my CM1 to my Second.
Besides that, I have always been motivated to learn to listen to and practice this language: In films, series, on the internet, etc. I have always watched/searched everything in English. For example, during my studies in graphic design, I had to listen, read and learn
in English almost every day and it was very formative

A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, I offer Drums lessons (all ages) to beginners, intermediates and advanced.
Sharing music and dialogue with the student are essential for me: I adapt to the needs/desires of each student by offering a musical and instrumental program (in addition to regular work based on technique). Students will be able to play along to playbacks (soundtracks), solo, or simply following a score. The courses will of course be focused on different points, according to your requests. I will use musical language, and teach you how to read a Drum score using simple and effective methods.
I offer a cultural approach to different styles to my students (funk, groove, hip-hop, rock, reggae, jazz, etc.).
I also give lessons in music theory, timpani, djembe, percussion, piano according to your request.
