Hello! I'm Julia, I'm 29, I studied in the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Castilla La Mancha and in the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and I also did the education master and the Cultural Management Master. I have worked in orchestras, different gruops and as a teacher since 2014 ( violin, viola, music theory and piano for principiants lessons). I have taught kids, adults and people with dissabilities and I always adapt the classes to the capacity of the person to take the most advantage in a fun way!
I speak spanish, english, german and a bit of french (I'm in my way to improving it). I only offer online lessons currently!

Lo más importante para mi en las clases es enseñar a apreciar y valorar la música disfrutando de lo que se está haciendo. Me gusta trabajar adaptándome a cada alumno, ayudándole a mejorar en sus carencias individuales y potenciando sus cualidades. Adapto también mi forma de enseñar según la edad y la música que le gusta a cada persona. Con los niños me gusta hacer juegos de ritmo y entonación, así como con el instrumento, y con los adultos suelo trabajar con obras de música clásica y con arreglos de canciones de pop/rock que le gusten a cada uno. En el caso de alumnos más avanzados, me gusta ayudarles a que aprendan a estudiar bien por sí solos, trabajando la técnica y la musicalidad y ofreciendo las herramientas para desarrollar una creatividad e imaginación musical, así como la capacidad crítica y de resolución ante los problemas técnicos.

The most important thing in the lessons for me is the fact of appreciating the music and enjoying what you do. I like to teach in a personal way according to each ones capacities, in order to improve what each person really needs. I use to adapt it also to the age and to the music what each person likes the most. (Unless that you have to prepare an audition, in that case we should be really strict).
With kids I love to do games with the music and rythm, it is a really fun and effective way to introduce them to the music. And with adults I use to combine classical music with rock or pop music that they like making arrangements to play in the violin, viola or piano. It is really motivator to study!
In the case of advanced students I like to teach how to study technique and how to improve the musicality.

The most important thing is to adapt to the student according to their level. I always try to motivate the student in a constructive way so that both parties are satisfied and learning is more fruitful. I have experience both in young orchestras (national and international) and teaching in music schools and private classes.
I know a wide repertoire of the instrument, having studied in Barcelona. They can be simple private lessons or preparation for some type of test (and not only preparing the pieces, but also how to mentally face tests, since it is not usually taught).
