Unfortunately, not all managers naturally excel in this role and their difficulties in asserting themselves as true leaders is often attributable to their difficulties in communicating.

➤ The objective would then be to explore together the areas of improvement in terms of communication know-how. And managing effectively requires specific and advanced know-how.

➤ In fact, managerial communication corresponds to the interactions between the management of the company and the organization and more specifically, between the manager and his team.
