About Me

I am a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the renowned School of Popular Arts (SOPA) in Berlin, a university specializing in various disciplines of the popular arts. I have been passionately producing music for over 7 years, combining both technical expertise and creative flair in my productions. However, my musical journey began even earlier through DJing, where I gained valuable experience across a variety of projects and styles.

Recently, I launched a YouTube channel where I share insights into creativity and the creative process. For me, it's not just about technique but about discovering and following your own unique creative path with passion. My experience as a producer, DJ, and creative mentor shapes my teaching, helping you get the best out of yourself and your music.

Education

I finished my Bachelor of Arts in Audio Design at the School of Popular Arts, Berlin in 2023. During my education I studied Music Theory, Composition, Arrangement, Sound Design, Teaching and much more.
Over the years I additionally attended music production classes online as well as workshops offline.

With nearly 8 years of experience as a music producer, I have developed a deep understanding of the production process, consistently refining my craft. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach at various levels, sharing my expertise with aspiring producers and helping them navigate the complexities of music creation. My experience as a DJ complements my production skills, providing insight into how music translates to live settings and audience engagement. I’m also in continuous conversations with other producers to stay up-to-date with industry trends and deepen my technical knowledge, always striving to push the boundaries of my creativity.

Drums, as with bass guitar are the backbone of any good song, and the foundation upon which the music is built. Despite not being as famous as lead vocals or lead guitar. Drums in my opinion is much more fun, at all levels of performance.

I will teach you how to play the drums, how to fit the style to the genre and we will learn by practice by breaking down the famous classics, and explain what part drums played to make these classics so good.

We will use my electronic drumset, which is not as good as the real thing but is definitely good for starters. There are ways you can practice at home without a drumset as well. And we can expand later and rent a studio room, where I can jam with you on the guitar even!

Piano is an incredible instrument to learn - it provides you with a broad understanding of music, develops listening skills, and great dexterity, increases concentration, and much more.
I specialize in jazz piano but teach all musical styles according to the student's needs and wishes. Throughout the lesson we will learn music and songs, technique, harmony, ear training, theory, and rhythm - all subjects of music can be addressed through the piano!

Hello there!

My name is Sara and I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher. I have been a pianist for about 15 years and started teaching it a while ago as well. I offer lessons in 3 different languages ( English, Arabic and German) for both beginner and intermediate levels.

I believe music should be enjoyed and comfortably played, allowing people to both connect with it and understand while challenging them to express themselves in new and different ways. Music lessons are fun and will be set to make the student confident and comfortable in their playing. If any student needs extra time or space to feel secure and safe, I will offer as much understanding and security as I can.

Guitarist, composer and improviser with over 25 years of experience, trained as a Musikpädagoge, I combine artistic practice with a teaching approach focused on deep musical understanding.

Who the lessons are for:
