Singing to me is the best feeling ever. Your entire body is moving and your head is totally empty of worries. You lose who you are and transform into a new person.
One time you are a prince or princess, the other a warrior fighting a duel. Maybe you stare at a beautiful river or fall in love like never before. All of this and even crazier situations are material for songs. Singing is so much more than just notes, it is about using your fantasy and telling a story. I love this feeling so much that I want to share how you can experience all of this while singing.

In general, singing is a combination of technique (pitches and rhythm), posture, and breathing. Next to that, we have diction, acting, body language, expression, and joy! You sing because you like it!

Singing is for all ages, all levels, and I adapt my lessons to your level.

Don't worry if you can't read sheet music, it is a bonus if you can.

If you have any questions feel free to write me a message.

Hi! I am a classically trained pianist and am graduating from the Utrecht Conservatory this year. My passion for the piano started at a young age: I started taking lessons when I was seven, after convincing my parents to enroll me.

From the age of thirteen, I started assisting my teacher and was already teaching younger students, from children as young as 3 to teenagers. As a result, I have built up extensive experience in teaching various ages and levels.

As a teacher, I am enthusiastic, patient, and have a positive attitude. My lessons are structured, but also fun and motivating, so that students can develop at their own pace while simultaneously enjoying playing.

I offer piano lessons for beginners and intermediate students in a friendly and supportive environment. I have a special passion for Baroque and Classical music, but I am happy to adapt the lessons to each student’s interests and goals. In my lessons, we can work on piano technique, reading music, interpretation, rhythm, ear training, and basic music theory.
