I specialize in teaching about Music and how to play the Guitar. In class, I always make an effort to understand what are the goals and interests of all students, as well as their skills. This way we can address the issues at hand more effectively and make sure the student never loses his/her interest and focus in music and his/her instrument. I believe that an honest and friendly relationship between teacher and student is essential for this exchange of ideas to happen more clearly and fluently, so I do my best to make everyone feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts freely. I offer good and personalized classes. This means that there will be special care with your interest in music and guitar, all basic skills will be worked upon and strengthened, all specific requests and ideas will be addressed, both improvisation and interpretation can be developed, and exploring potential, achieving goals and having fun are main priorities. Come and enjoy learning more about Music and Guitar!

Dutch can seem complicated. But it doesn't have to be. I simplify learning it. No jargon, no thick grammar books, no obscure explanations. Just clear language, a logical approach, and understandable examples. Whether you're struggling with the -dt rule, having trouble writing, or want to learn the language from scratch, I offer a simple method. Not because it's easy, but because the method is simply effective. My students themselves say: "I finally understand!"

I am Michele, a professional musician with more than 15 years of experience and with two Classical Guitar Master's degrees. I give guitar and music theory lessons for all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced players. I believe that following a path that best suits the characteristics, tastes, and goals of each student is the best and funniest way to learn an instrument. Each of my lessons is unique and adapted to the student's personality. At first, I usually aim at the acquisition of basic knowledge relating to the instrument. Then, you decide what to learn: from classical guitar to electric or acoustic guitar, from classical music to rock, pop, or folk! For instance, if you want to learn how to play classical music, we are going to work on how to read and interpret a score, acquire a good technique (arpeggios, scales, and control of polyphony) while always focusing on the meaning, the feeling, and the direction of the musical piece. At the same time, if you want to focus on other genres (such as rock, pop, etc...) we are going to work on improving your ear skills, sense of rhythm, and theory knowledge while learning the songs you like the most. In this way, you will be able to learn not only how to play guitar by yourself, but also how to play together with other people, be able to understand the music and play what you really feel and want to play. Of course, nothing stops us from working on different styles of playing at the same time! I am also available for the preparation of the entrance exams to the guitar courses (preparatory courses, Bachelor, Master) of the Conservatory.

Classes tailored to you professional or personal objectives. We speak as much French as possible. The more you speak, the more you will improve your language skills. Conversations are friendly and enjoyable. We usually have fun! I use English as a basis for teaching French - as a non-Dutch speaking and a native French/English bilingual. Special focus on speaking, while improving both reading and writing. These sessions are conversation-based, supplemented with reading and writing activities. Emphasis on specific grammatical rules and items to correct recurrent mistakes. DURING CLASS I draw special attention to specific standards of contemporary French: -> Key phrases, word order, wording, register of language, use of specific grammatical items, idioms, intonation, pronunciation, and other tips and tricks. -> Interactive training focused on realistic contexts and topics you are interested in. -> Authentic course materials (official lessons and exercises, media, videos, press, films, etc.) -> Continuous feedback -> Support tailored to specific professional objectives.
