Trained as a doctor and currently a Master's student in Public Health at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), I offer private lessons tailored to the level, objectives and difficulties of each student. My goal is to make scientific subjects simpler, more structured and understandable, while developing a good method of working and reasoning. I can, in particular, support pupils and students in: • Biology and Natural Sciences • Anatomy and physiology • Health-related sciences • Preparation for tests and exams • Methodology and organization of revisions • Introduction to research and scientific reasoning for students Each session begins by identifying the learner's difficulties, then we gradually work on the concepts to be mastered using simple explanations, examples, exercises and questions adapted to their level. I favour an interactive approach: the goal is not just to memorize, but to understand, reason and gradually become autonomous. The courses can be adapted to both secondary school students and higher education students in fields related to science and health.

Hi! I'm Alba. I started dancing when I was 4 years old, and it has been a core part of my life ever since. In 2022, I moved to Brussels to study at PARTS (founded by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker), where I obtained my Bachelor's degree. For me, ballet is far more than just learning technique or replicating steps. My goal is to help you experience the beautiful feeling of connecting with the music and yourself through its movements. I want to help you enjoy dance and create a safe space where you can find ways of expressing yourself through your body. Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to try something new, or you already have some experience and want to practice, there is a place for you in my classes. We will progress at a pace that feels right for your body. I offer classes in English, Spanish or Catalan. While Spanish and Catalan are my native languages, English has been my main daily language for living and studying here in Brussels since 2022, so I am comfortable teaching in it too. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to share your goals with me. Let's start dancing!

All my teaching is based on actual practical experience from real life with real musicians! In my lessons you are in the front and center! We'll focus on the music that you like and how to become the musician you want to be - figuring out the essentials and tips and tricks along the way! And if you haven't found your musical direction yet, not to worry! We'll figure it out together! My specialties lie in straight ahead jazz but I've been through, and still very much like, the likes of Bon Jovi, Avenged Sevenfold, Toto and many more! This is a class for those who are uneasy about philosophy, who have an invisible guiding feeling, a daimon, a bluebird that suggests that philosophy is "infinity in the palm of your hand / and eternity in an hour." Want to get into philosophy, but don't know where to start? Interested in philosophy, but never had anyone to bounce off your ideas against? Having trouble grappling with a philosophical text? Looking for inspiration for original ideas? In this class we can delve deep into ancient or contemporary texts, depending on the students' own interests and preferences. We try to not only discuss and theorize, but also live out philosophy as the ancient Greeks have done. Depending on the experience and familiarity with philosophy, we embrace age-old questions and contemporary dilemmas in an elucidating and fun way.

My teaching method is above all personalized and adapted to each student. We don't all learn in the same way: I therefore take into account your objectives, your level, your personality and your natural abilities in order to create a learning experience that truly suits you. Whether you're a beginner, an amateur, or looking to improve your classical guitar skills, my goal is to impart solid technique, a strong musical understanding, and above all, the joy of playing. I strive to develop each student's sensitivity, confidence, and unique musical voice. For me, learning guitar is not just about playing notes: it's also about learning to listen, to express yourself and to enjoy making music.

I offer an interactive method, tailored to your needs. We will progress according to your level. Do you want to improve your speaking skills? I offer role-playing exercises. Do you want to feel more confident in your conversations at work or at the café? We'll simulate conversations in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. If you'd prefer to focus on specific areas of weakness, such as grammar or conjugation, we'll review the essential rules of the French language together.

Many students understand their course material but still find it difficult to get started, organise their workload or keep track of deadlines. This does not mean that they lack ability. Sometimes they simply need a clearer system and practical strategies that work for them. My academic coaching is designed for students who want to feel more in control of their schoolwork and become more independent learners. We begin with the your actual workload, current challenges and personal goals rather than using a single approach for everyone. Depending on your needs, we may work on: • planning weekly workloads and deadlines • breaking assignments and projects into manageable steps • developing sustainable routines for school materials, agendas and digital platforms • choosing effective note-taking, revision and exam-preparation strategies • improving focus, self-monitoring and reflection • building confidence in managing school responsibilities and asking for support Together, we identify realistic strategies, test them in everyday school life and adjust them according to what works. I am an education professional with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, special education and school leadership. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Throughout my career, I have supported students with a wide range of learning and support needs, coordinated individual learning plans and worked closely with teachers, families and specialists. I work in English with students following international, European, IB, IGCSE and other school programmes. With my background in special education, I can adapt the coaching to different learning, attention and executive-functioning needs. The focus is not on teaching a particular school subject. I help students use their own schoolwork and goals to develop strategies that they can gradually apply independently. Online sessions are available, as well as in-person sessions in Brussels. I am currently accepting enquiries for coaching beginning in October 2026.

Music is a powerful way to express yourself. Playing an instrument can be a very intimate experience — a moment to give yourself some time, put your frustrations aside, and simply enjoy making music. But it can also be a fun hobby to share with the people you love: playing for them, singing and dancing together, or simply listening and enjoying the music. I want to share this gift with my students. In my lessons, I believe it is important to have goals and, at the same time, to enjoy the journey. I want my students to play music that inspires them and pieces that they genuinely enjoy. Whether you are starting from the beginning, returning to the piano, or looking to develop your playing further, we will work together to find the right balance between learning, improving, and having fun. For me, playing the piano is not only about learning the right notes. It is about discovering your own voice through music.

Are you having difficulties in biology or science, or do you simply want to better understand the subject matter and improve your results? I offer private lessons tailored to primary and secondary school students, with a simple, progressive and personalized approach. The goal is not just to learn the material by heart, but above all to understand it so that it can be easily reused during exercises, tests and exams. Depending on the student's needs, we can work on: - understanding of the concepts seen in class; - exercises and homework; - preparing for tests and exams; - the refresher course; - the working method and memorization; - the specific difficulties encountered by the student. Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and pace. I take the time to identify any difficulties in order to create a truly personalized learning experience. Whether it's to catch up, prepare for an exam or simply gain self-confidence, the goal is to enable the student to make lasting progress.

The Human Voice has an intimate and emotional connection with our physical body and mentality, whenever we express ourself through speaking, singing, improvising or simply long to express what words cannot, the voice is one of the most direct and authentic ways to connect with ourselves and with others. Drawing on my professional training in Jazz Vocal at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, my background in Chinese traditional music, and years of personal practice in yoga and qigong, I have developed an organic, embodied approach to vocal expression. Rather than focusing only on vocal technique, I guide students to explore the relationship between breath, body awareness, deep listening, and the natural flow of energy (Qi). Through this process, the voice becomes freer, more grounded, and more expressive. My lessons are open to singers of all levels, as well as anyone who wishes to reconnect with their voice. Whether your goal is to sing, improvise, build confidence, or discover a more authentic way of expressing yourself, I offer a supportive and creative space where curiosity and individuality are encouraged.
