I am a Kung Fu instructor with over 12 years of experience in different schools and styles, including Mantis (Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan, Babu Tang Lang Quan, Taiji Mei Hua, and Seven Star) Eagle Claw and Northern Shaolin. I also teach traditional Chinese weapons.
My main specialty is the Seven Star Praying Mantis style, known for its precision, speed, and technical depth. However, I adapt my teaching to each student’s goals — whether you want traditional training, physical conditioning, competition preparation, or to focus on specific techniques.
My classes combine tradition and science. With my academic background in physics and biomechanics, I explain movements clearly and logically, making training accessible and efficient. The focus is on full development: technique, coordination, strength, flexibility, and martial application.
