These Tai chi classes are known for their gentle approach to movement and ability to improve flexibility, balance, breathing, and strength. My focus is to give you a solid foundation and teach you proper techniques. In our class, we will emphasize the mind-body connection and encourage regular practice for maximum improvements in your physical, mental, and emotional health. We will base our practice of Tai Chi Chuan on the traditional structure starting with the stances studies, breathing through Qi gong practices, and the movement through the deep study of the Tai chi form #37. I am an organizational and sports ontological coach and a Kung Fu, TaiChi and Qigong teacher. I have more than 35 years of teaching experience, teaching classes in primary and secondary schools, therapeutic communities, addiction centers and in companies teaching “TaiChi in Company” programs. In Argentina, I have founded and directed a center specialized in activities aimed at improving the quality of life, promoting the practice of sports and alternative disciplines. I lead interdisciplinary teams, made up of teachers, instructors and students, applying a transformational style of listening, conversations and feedback, in order to work on trust with each of the people with whom I interact, fostering a space for change and growth.
