I am in the first year of the Grande Ecole Program at ESCP Business School. My classes are aimed at anyone wishing to initiate or improve the practice of Kick Boxing, K-1 and Muay Thai, while improving their physical abilities overall. A typical session generally begins with a generalized then specific warm-up of 10 to 15 minutes (joints, muscle preparation, cardio, etc.), then we move on to the body of the session for 35 to 40 minutes where we work together boxing techniques with “paos or bear paws” (to learn or perfect the different basic movements and movements).
