I started playing piano at the age of 3 and since than music is one of the most important parts of my life. I would like to share my knowledge and joy for music with everyone who is passionate about the world of art. After finishing my Master of Arts at Koninklijk Conservatory of Brussels with prof. Aleksandar Madzar I started a research on perfect pitch development for children. In a friendly home enviroment I offer piano lessons for all levels - from beginners to advanced musicians.

Being highly skilled in sight-reading, I have often realised how valuable and enjoyable it is to possess that “gift.” After more than ten years of teaching students of different levels and aspirations, I have observed a common thread: regardless of their goals, all were eager to improve their ability to read and interpret new, unfamiliar music.

Currently, I am developing a multifaceted approach designed to help students understand a composition at first sight. This method combines specific pattern recognition and structural score-mapping, anchored in a fundamental understanding of rhythm, pitch, and harmony, together with highly effective practice and memorization strategies personalized to each student's needs and technical challenges.

For over ten years, I have been teaching students of all ages and levels. In addition to regular lessons, I offer the opportunities to perform at the yearly class concert as well as dedicated preparation for ABRSM piano examinations.

I'm a pianist with extensive performing experience on international stages and a first-prize winner of more than 30 international piano competitions across Europe and USA. I hold a Master's degree and four Postgraduate degrees (piano and chamber music) from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.

This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week!

This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

The teacher has been singing for 22 years. She studied Solfeggio and Piano at the Musicole (Uccle) then Singing and Soflège at the Académie de Saint Gilles, in Lyric Singing. She took group singing lessons with several renowned teachers (La Voie Créatif, Frédérique Rochette, Jérôme Porsperger, Corps Chant Voix). The teacher has a piano to work on vocals and piano. The teacher works on the basis of song texts. The student discovers or recognizes the song after choosing between several titles. The teacher adapts to her student's tastes as to the type of music that pleases him, she transmits her knowledge of singing whether for melody, for rhythm, for the placement of the voice and breathing. The teacher encourages the student and is caring. The teacher transmits her taste and passion for music.

For almost ten years, my method has strived to move away from those found at the Academy, sometimes considered austere and outdated. In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs.
The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing.
The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me.
After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds?

I offer personalized lessons based on the objectives defined together during our first meeting. Depending on ambitions, needs, and desires, I adapt to different learning paces and timelines so that the discovery or resumption of the instrument takes place in the most natural and interesting way possible for both student and teacher.

I can teach students the basics of piano (hand position, notes, and rhythms), but also how to read sheet music independently, play pieces from different genres (classical, jazz, contemporary, etc.), feel comfortable at the keyboard, and be able to improvise. The lesson is structured in several parts that blend practice and theory: first, a warm-up; then, a session focusing on a specific aspect of music (ear training, rhythm, or a theory lesson); then we learn to play one or two pieces chosen together; and finally, a more "free" session for improvisation or exploring a concept in greater depth.

My methodology is designed to be reassuring and motivating: everyone is capable of enjoying playing the piano! I am therefore attentive to any potential difficulties and responsive in order to find solutions to overcome them.
