My teaching is based on the fundamentals of vocal technique: breathing, support, voice placement, resonance, pitch, articulation, and freedom of expression. My goal is to help you understand your instrument, develop its potential, and sing with ease, without unnecessary tension. How does a class unfold? Each session is tailored to your level, needs, and goals: • A time for discussion to identify your expectations and vocal sensations. • Breathing, relaxation and warm-up exercises adapted to your voice. • Targeted technical work to progressively develop your vocal mastery. • Practical application to pieces or tunes chosen together, with particular attention paid to musicality, interpretation and expression.
