Hello, my name is Laurent, "a healthy mind resides in a healthy body". Doing physical exercise, whatever it may be, to feel good, better, and relaxed. Everyone has their own reasons and motivations for exercising. If you have specific expectations, I will adapt my sessions according to your goals. Together, we will move forward and progress. The sessions will take place outdoors, at your home or mine.

This course is, above all, intended for children or adults with difficulties in English. Currently in first year of psychology, I am pedagogue, patient and passionate about my studies. English is a language that I love. It is, I think, indispensable in any field today. That's why I propose to give taste, to you or your child, to English.
