About Me

Melodie und Rhythmus gehören zu unserer Natur und die Musik ist ein Mittel, welches uns spirituell bereichert und uns näher zu unserem wahren selbst bringt. Es gibt keine «richtige» Methode welche uns allen gleichermassen passt. Der eine Schüler legt mehr Wert auf das intuitive Spiel, während der andere genau bis ins Detail verstehen möchte was in den Noten steht und seine Technik richtig aufbauen und erweitern möchte. Es ist wichtig, dass der Schüler von Anfang an von allen Aspekten des Klavierspiels eine Ahnung haben möchte, wie z.b. Blattspiel, Theorie, Gehörbildung und weitere Techniken zum effizienten Üben, denn das trägt dazu bei, dass der Schüler früher unabhängig wird. Stilrichtungen: Barock bis Modern. Da ich noch in der Ausbildung bin, erwarte ich Anfänger bzw. Fortgeschrittene Anfänger. Für mehr Harmonie im Klavierspiel benötigt es Übung (intelligentes Üben), denn Übung macht den Meister.
Ich fange den Unterricht mit einer kleinen Übung bzw. Eine kleine Melodie und für ältere Kinder bzw. Erwachsene werden sie möglichst schnell mit den Tasten Namen und Noten lesen vertraut gemacht.

I won the „Sulhi al Wadi“ international piano competition at the age of 13 in Damaskus Opera House, taught private piano lessons since i was a teenager and had students from different ages and backgrounds. I participated in Masterclass of Karl Andreas Kolly and Brigitte Meyer and now studying in master music pedagogy at the Zurich school of Art.

I am educated and experienced music teacher coming from Czech Republic. I graduated Prague Conservatoire and I also attended in many international piano courses with well known pianist such as Eugen Indjic and others.

I have experiences with teaching children from very early age as well as teaching adults. I have my own way of teaching playing the piano small children with telling stories and playing games with piano which is very effective. I offer private lessons of classical piano, at home, at home, or even online, the one that suits you best :) I am Ariel, a Brazilian pianist living in France for the past 6 years, and in this time i have acquired significant experience as a music teacher, in music schools and with private lessons, also with children, young people and adults - and because of the confinement, I also have experience with lessons online. My method is mainly focused on the autonomy of the student and the joy of making beautiful music. Hey there, I'm Zeynep! I was born in Turkey, Istanbul but I was raised internationally and went to a half English- half Turkish bilingual school. I am currently living in Zurich, Switzerland. I teach keyboards including piano, synth, organ, electric piano as well as percussion and vocals. I teach composition, arrangement and production and tend to use my voice a lot to realize melodic and rhythmic ideas with great piano support. I have developed a technique to arrange and produce with the "beatbox" as well. I think it's important to motivate students with projects live or in the studio, preferably with other musicians.
I also teach aural training in recognizing intervals between notes, rhythmic and melodic dictation, and recognizing chords and keys. I teach improvisation on keyboards, voice or percussion using methods that involve scales and melodic patterns applied in practice.
