I have been an English teacher for many years and now decided to spend it teaching something I have a passion for - Modern guitar (electric and acoustic). The classes will be based on the students aims but I will make suggestions. I think that just playing guitar is limited without learning some theory. Musicians need to play with each other in a common language.
Extra information
It is important for the students to have and bring their own guitar. If they can't for some reason they can used one of mine during the lesson.

About Me
I'm an English teacher from Malta who decided to spend more time on his real passion. Although most of my teaching experience has been related to English, I do have a little experience teaching guitar in the past to a few students. I have always taken the instrument seriously and played professionally as a performer too.
It has always been difficult to find a guitar teacher that teaches modern guitar and was mostly self taught. I understand that this was not only an issue where I'm from. I now live in Asturias and would like to help anyone who always wanted to learn to play modern guitar.

Asian studies and Japanese - Kansai Gaidai University, Osaka, Japan.
CELTA certified English teacher.

Experience / Qualifications
I have been an English teacher since 2008. Since then I have worked mainly in Malta, Russia and Spain as an English teacher in private schools and freelance. When I lived in Malta I gave some odd classes to some students who where interested.
