After over 30 years of experience as an IB and A Level (as well as IGCSE) teacher and college professor, I can guide you through your academic life to help you achieve your goals. I have theoretical as well as experimental expertise in Physics; therefore, I can tutor you in any extended experimental work you need, in IB, for example. Being a physicist, I passed part of my academic life solving complicated integrals and differential equations; modesty apart, I'm quite good at calculus. Physicists are the best "calculists", as calculus was invented (by Newton, by the way) to solve physical problems. As you can see, I can bring you an integral help in any area related to Physics and Mathematics.

About Me
I'm passionate about solving hard mathematical problems. I'm passionate about heuristic physical experiments. My ideal experiment is one made with the simplest possible materials and that produces the most astounding results. YouTube has consistently proven to be a treasure trove of incredible experiments. Modesty apart, after all this time practicing Physics and Math, I came to a point where I can have an almost instantaneous idea on practically anything in these matters, and give you a grounded and deep explanation on that subject.
Education
I completed my Physics B.Sc. in 1989. I did a Thesis in experimental nuclear physics about the possibility of observing a gamma-ray stimulated emission (kind of a gamma laser). Immediately after, I started my M.Sc. in theoretical and computational physics. After completing these studies in 1993, I did some short courses from time to time, like one on Applied Nuclear Physics in Athens, Greece, and one on Mesoscopic Physics in Dresden, Germany.

I am an LSE first year student received 3A*(including science)3A in IGCSE and A* in both A-level Mathematics and Chemistry. I have been tutoring IGCSE and A-Level maths and sciences at school for students from Year7 to 13, successfully improved my tutee's A-level math grade from F(38%) to an A(81%) in three months. I have kept my high-school notes and I'm happy to share them; also I am familiar with the specific tricks to tackle GCSE and A-level exam questions. I'm sure I can boost the student's understanding of these subjects, therefore improve his/her grades effectively.

Greetings! I'm Jamal, based in the lovely city of Budapest, Hungary. I am deeply immersed in the captivating realm of mathematics as part of my academic journey. But beyond the formulas and theories, my true passion lies in making learning a delightful and accessible experience, mainly when it involves the fascinating world of mathematics.

If I were to describe myself, "friendly" and "approachable" would be at the top of the list. My mission is simple but heartfelt – I'm here to assist others on their path to understanding and conquering mathematics.
When it comes to teaching, my philosophy is all about tailoring the learning experience to the unique way each student thinks and learns. No two individuals are the same, and that's what makes teaching such an exciting adventure. By understanding the strengths and thought processes of each student, I help them discover their mathematical potential.

One of my core beliefs is that math is for everyone. I'm trying to challenge the notion that some people are naturally better at math than others. It's all about fostering a positive learning environment and instilling confidence in my students. I want them to enjoy the journey of exploring and conquering math.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for any questions or to learn more about how I can assist you.

I'm committed to providing a swift response, typically within a few minutes or by the same day/end of the day. Let's embark on this exciting mathematical adventure together, where learning is engaging, and math becomes a friend, not a foe!

I’m a maths and English as a foreign language tutor in Budapest whose goal is to share the excitement about the subjects I had the fortune of seeing from my own teachers.
I have been teaching since September 2023. I had the opportunity to teach 5+ students simultaneously (in Hungarian and English) and help them pass AP College math courses, tests in school, go through their studies with remarkable grades and brush op on their language skills for the workplace.
The most important thing to me is that the student has someone they can rely on. This means my focus is on answering questions to my best knowledge, describing things through different perspectives and making sure they don’t feel the pressure to learn something at an instant.
