About Me
Our dance school was founded in 2001 by Pascale after she traveled to the seven corners of the world to learn from all cultures and to share her passion for travel and cultural fusion through dance. Over time and through her training, dance therapy became the core of her work and the focus of her teaching.
Dance therapy is a gentle and accessible approach for everyone, using movement as a tool for expression, well-being, and self-discovery. Through guided exercises, each person is invited to explore their body, sensations, and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
