About Me
After training in classical ballet and modern jazz in my youth, I discovered Cuban salsa and bachata almost 10 years ago. Having fallen in love with these energetic and joyful dances, I decided to train as a teacher two years ago. I am driven by the desire to share the joy of dance with as many people as possible, and I know how to share technique and knowledge while having fun and letting go.
Education
As the top graduate of the Salsabor school's training program as an Afro-Caribbean dance teacher (2024 - 2025), I have been certified in the school's 5 dances: Cuban salsa, Puerto Rican salsa, Dominican bachata, kizomba and chacha.
Experience / Qualifications
After 10 years of salsa practice, I have been teaching salsa mambo, Cuban salsa, and Dominican bachata for a year and a half. Also certified in Cuban cha-cha and kizomba, I continue to refine my skills and teaching methods at the Salsabor school with professional stage dancers and experienced instructors.
