English on a conversational basis - Being able to communicate expressively and confidently
From 41.66 C$ /h
I specialise in tutoring English on a one to one basis. I have obtained a BA in English from the University of Hull at a 2:1 level. I would like my students to learn English on a conversational basis. My goals as a tutor are to keep my students challenged but not overburdened. I would like to start off with very basic forms of communication and then progress into longer forms of conversation.
This class is specialised for those looking to learn English on a conversational basis as opposed to the intricacies of the language. I want to be able to help a student engage with another English speaker confidently and expressively as a product of my teachings.

About Me
Hello, my name is Noah, I am 22 years old. I am an enthusiastic, warm and friendly individual. This comes alongside a hardworking and structured work ethic. A product of spending my time at a military academy in my formative years. At this school, I would help the younger years daily with their day to day lives.
This ranged from making sure new pupils were able to find their way to and from lessons and helping them learn each aspect of the military traditions we upheld. However, I most enjoyed tutoring the younger students, making sure they were settled with their homework and English essays especially. Often students would come to me for advice about their future which I found very rewarding. Asking me, for example, whether or not they should pursue time at university or pursue a specific career. It really gave me a feeling of gratification, being able to help these students make their time at school enriching made times like this worthwhile. Looking back on my time at school I would like to think I made a real positive impact on their aspirations as young adults. I hope I can do the same for you!
