About Me

With thirty years of experience teaching at a private music school in Ukraine, I demonstrate a deep understanding and mastery of teaching piano, solfeggio and musical literature. During the last two years my experience has been broadened by working with students of various age groups in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. This period has not only enriched my professional experience, but has also allowed me to adapt my unique teaching methodologies to multicultural audiences, emphasising my ability to inspire and develop students' musical abilities on an international level.

My name is Irene, I started my career as a cellist in the south of Spain, between Andalusia and Murcia, where I did my bachelor's degree in cello performance. Later I moved to Belgium to continue my studies, where I studied the Master in Classical Music (cello performance) at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent.
I have been teaching cello for 8 years both in Spanish and English to all ages and levels, combining my teaching activity with the interpretative improvement of my instrument.
I have collaborated with numerous national orchestras and I have received master classes from great cellists at an international level. In Belgium, I currently collaborate with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Flanders and the Chamber Orchestra of Flanders, among others.
I love teaching and I want to transmit my passion for music and for the cello to everyone who enters my class.

I am a music teacher with a degree from the academy with a major in violin and an additional piano instrument. I took private music lessons in Germany for three years. I am currently living in Mallorca and am very interested in gaining experience and giving children the opportunity to learn to play the violin and piano. I can help with everything, both small children and adults who may not yet have fulfilled their long-standing dream of learning to play!
