I am a Native English speaker, originally from Canada, now living and working in Europe.

I have experience teaching ESL in China and South Korea. I have taught all ages from 6 - 16, including adults.
I enjoy tutoring one-on-one for special focus and special needs. Due to Covid-19, I have switch to an ONLINE platform, and find it very nice for my one-on-one sessions.

I have special training and certification in The phonetic Sound System, which focuses on Pronunciation, and Business English, helping learners feel comfortable in a more formal, professional setting.

My own Health & Wellness is also very important to me.
I make sure to stay balanced with enough rest and a good diet. And I enjoy time in nature whenever I can. I have continued a personal meditation practice for nearly five years.

Meeting people from all over the world is by far one of my favorite things.
And I know what it is like to learn a second (or third) language because I have been working on Dutch and Italian myself.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
