About Me
Recently having graduated high school as valedictorian with excellent academic results, one thing I realized throughout my journey is that poor results are not a reflection of a student’s potential, but often a reflection of their preparation methods.
I have to admit, getting through high school and writing board exams wasn't a cakewalk. During my IGCSE years, I initially believed that studying longer and harder was the key to achieving better results. However, through trial and error, I learned that effective studying is not about being glued to a book for endless hours, but rather about using the right techniques, understanding concepts, and preparing strategically.
Having been a student just like you, I know how overwhelming exams can feel (trust me, I’ve had my fair share of stressful nights too!). I’ve always wished I had someone to guide me on how to study effectively, and that is the guidance I hope to provide for my students. Whether it was explaining difficult concepts to my classmates or being part of a school tutoring club, I’ve always enjoyed helping others learn. My goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and realize that they are capable of achieving more than they realize.

Experience / Qualifications
I have experience supporting students through my school’s PALS Student-Led Tutoring Club, where I assisted IGCSE students in strengthening their understanding of key concepts, clarifying doubts, and developing confidence in challenging topics. In addition, throughout my IGCSE, AS, and A Level journey, I regularly supported my classmates across various subjects by explaining difficult concepts, working through past paper questions, discussing exam techniques, and helping them approach problems with greater clarity. These experiences have helped me develop the ability to simplify complex ideas, adapt my teaching style to different learners, and provide effective academic support tailored to each student’s needs.
