I firmly believe in this approach due to my experience as a Mental Coach working with young athletes between Nice and Cannes, as well as throughout Europe via video conferencing, as part of their preparation for the French Tennis Championships. It has reinforced my conviction that working on a subject should be a nurtured objective that encompasses personal growth and development.
