Conflict Management- As a life skill for children.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

It is a question of putting in place rational and professional tools to defuse conflicts and enter your comfort / security zone. In particular simple and logical techniques, which make it possible to resolve and manage violent situations in a harmonious, efficient and lasting way. The objectives are: 0. Understand and identify the issues / risks then find a balance between empathy and conviction 1. Use interpersonal communication techniques resulting from mediation to defuse tensions and gain distance 2. Dissociate the relational and the nature of the disagreement - Overcome cognitive and psychological obstacles 3. Acquire the techniques of self-defense and mastery without hurting and being injured 4. Face and then defuse difficult behaviors (blackmail attempts, threats, destabilization) or even dangerous with a mediation strategy 5. Develop conflict management and negotiation skills by alternating attentive listening, active speaking and rationality in the face of the limited rationality of the angry individual. Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 or 3 sessions *. (* study 2020) Postgraduate School Training & Ivy league college in the United States, our teacher has specialized and worked for over 13 years, in Europe and North America, in the field of communication and public speaking in renowned public and private international institutions, involved in forums and conferences, and focused on two areas: training and coaching, with the key words pedagogy and careful methodology. Passionate about history and geography, I offer dynamic courses tailored to each student, from middle school to high school. My goal is to make these subjects lively, concrete, and accessible, giving meaning to the programs while effectively preparing students for assessments and exams (brevet, baccalaureate, etc.). The course module is adapted to the student. The summary will be communicated during the first lesson. I teach you to speak and/or write with an approach to the sciences of political communication, international relations, social and human sciences while convincing the person(s) in front of you with several negotiation techniques. ▪️ Political communication is about the creation and exchange of ideas and opinions between citizens, public officials, political institutions, and related entities, such as the media. It includes discourse throughout the political process in local, state, national, and international political systems, as well as how political information can be exploited for political ends or to achieve political goals. People with a background in political communication may work in policy advice, foreign service, market research, public relations, journalism, and digital media, community organizing, lobbying, political campaigning, or other related fields. ▪️ The techniques used will improve your level of confidence in your public presentations and storytelling. ▪️ BUT! in order to achieve your goal you must master public speaking which is the process or act of giving a speech in front of a live audience. Public speaking is generally understood to be formal, face to face, speaking from a single person to a group of listeners. ▪️ Based on the student’s request, this course may also include some skills in Marketing, Promotion, Digital Optimization, and SEO, where you will earn: • An integrated digital marketing strategy based on your own organizational context. • Skills to effectively analyze and leverage data to make breakthrough data-driven decisions. • A future perspective on marketing and an overview of how to use emerging digital channels and technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbots, within your organization. • Accept the challenges and opportunities of disruptive technology in your digital marketing strategy.

This is a class to get a 360 understanding of what is the European Union: origins, institutions, challenges, its place in the international system, its key legal texts. It is a perfect introduction to the topic for young people and adults.

Doctor in political science and graduate in economics (Master), I have been teaching humanities in English and French in various grandes écoles (IEP) and business schools (EDHEC, SKEMA) for more than ten years. Always respectful of the pace and needs of my students, I help them achieve their goals (preparation of files or entrance exams to high school, validation of exams ...) serenely. For ten years, my goal has been the same: to help my students to surpass themselves by communicating to them a deep joy of learning. Everyone who engages with politics (which is to say, everyone) has an ideology. But not everyone is conscious of- let alone consistent in their ideology. In fact, most people’s conscious politics are nothing more than an inconsistent aesthetic. But anyone who has a world they long to see owes it to themselves to at least be self aware of their own ideology, and they should probably also familiarize themselves with others as well. I can help on both fronts. This 10-session class serves as an introduction to the concept of political ideology. We will begin with a brief overview to various major academic theories of ideology, before moving on to a taxonomical survey of different ideological genuses and families, both “thick-centered” ideologies, that is, ideologies with a comprehensive core specific enough that they can stand on their own as it were, such as liberalism, conservatism, socialism, and fascism, and “thin centered” ideologies, which have much broader and hence much less specific cores, and hence must attach themselves to other thick centered host ideologies in order to fully manifest themselves, such as populism, nationalism, feminism, and ecologism.

Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology. It is this methodology that I teach, in order to provide the student with independence. I can also provide homework help in these classes, as well as re-explain and repeat poorly understood course points. As for speaking in public, it is necessary for the oral exams at the end of high school. I have been part of a debate group for 3 years and have acquired a certain mastery there. I am a student in high school, in the final year and I already have experience in helping with homework in my high school. I also chose the HGGSP specialty (geopolitics and political science) in second and I obtained my baccalaureate in this subject.

Assisting with structure, referencing, possible sources to include, and checking spelling and grammar I'm currently undertaking a PhD in Global Environmental Politics at the University of Lincoln (UK) but based in Amsterdam. I have previously completed an MSc in Environmental Policy at the London School of Economics (LSE, UK) and a BA in Philosophy at the University of Bristol (UK). Beginning with the agricultural revolution, and then the industrial revolution, and then the World Wars, investigate what led up to the Cold War. Investigate the irony of thw historical streams colliding into one with the irony of many newly liberated countries being sucked into the global battle being waged in the north. A look at a dozen of so case examples, to include Korea, Guatemala, Iran, Cuba, Chile, the Congo, Indonesia, Vietnam, Chile, Nicaragua, and Honduras, of the consequences of the Cold War. A look at modern events from Iran, the migration crisis, Cuba, Venezuela, Russian and Ukraine through the lens of the Cold War never having ended.
