I teach a practical course in Swiss law (constitutional, administrative, and private law), European Union law, and international law. My goal is to teach you how to quickly find relevant sources, analyze case law (Federal Supreme Court/Federal Administrative Court, Court of Justice of the European Union, European Court of Human Rights, International Court of Justice), solve cases, and write clear legal documents (memos, appeals, briefs). Depending on the subject matter, I alternate lectures and practical case studies, with individualized guidance. The course is tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels through differentiated exercises.

I support students in their final year of secondary school (gymnasium and federal baccalaureate) in law, economics and history, up to and including written and oral exams.

These three areas rarely fail due to a lack of effort. They fail because one simply regurgitates a lesson instead of constructing an answer: a history essay that recounts instead of arguing, a legal case addressed without legal qualification, an economics question where the underlying mechanism isn't fully explained. That's precisely where I work.

What this means in practice:
— precise identification of what costs points in your papers;
— method of analysis and writing adapted to each branch (case study, dissertation, document commentary);
— materials that I design myself: summaries, diagrams, sets of corrected exercises, timed oral practice;
— specific preparation for oral exams, including the defense of final year projects.

I am familiar with the Swiss programs and the examiners' expectations — and I can relate the material to how these subjects are actually treated, which helps a lot in retaining it.
