About Me

After a long career in the arts as a dance and musical theater teacher, I shifted my teaching towards teaching children the fundamentals: reading, writing, and arithmetic! This was certainly because I chose to homeschool our child. I am also a children's book author, in which I tell poetic and philosophical stories.

I received training in the screening and rehabilitation of neurovisual disorders (children and adults) using protocols developed by Sylvie Chokron (CNRS - France) and her team.

I obtained the Perkins CVI Assessment Certificate from the Perkins Academy for the Blind (USA).

I also obtained the Graduate Certificate in Cortical Visual Impairment and Health Social Care (LSPM - London School of Planning and Management - United Kingdom).

I have developed a training program for parents and professionals who wish to support children or adults with neurovisual disorders (Cortical Visual Impairment/Disorder).

I have in-depth knowledge of the body and its functions, and I hold a professional degree in physical activity development and maintenance with individualized support (UFR STAPS, France), specializing in children aged 4 to 10.
