Knowledge of history is a very valuable asset to people in a general sense. In order to understand the world in which we find ourselves, it is crucial to know how we reached our current position. Our current position is based on thousands of years worth of significant decisions; whether that would be in a courtroom, on a battlefield or in parliament. In this class, it is my simple aim to explore this variety of significant moments, in order for each student to gain a better perspective on the world as we see it today.

Since yesterday's decisions are valuable to learn, it is therefore crucial to understand today's. The political science section of this class will further aim to explore different ideologies of different groups, and how they achieved them. This once more, will provide a vital understanding to all students regarding a better understanding of our current affairs in the world.
