These ballet classes are open to all levels — whether you’re a beginner, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your technique. I offer private, semi-private, and group classes both in-person and online. Each session is designed with care, guided by the present moment and the needs of the individual or group. In addition to classical ballet technique, I include floor barre, gentle warm-ups, and alignment exercises that help support the body’s natural structure. These practices are essential for dancing in a healthy, sustainable way — preventing injury and allowing you to enjoy movement for many years to come. Private lessons are tailored to your unique body, goals, and energy, offering a space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported. I also offer coaching in classical variations and contemporary pieces, with detailed guidance and a focus on expression and presence. Group classes are a warm and open space where we explore not just technique, but the joy of dancing and being in your body. Through movement, we reconnect with ourselves and open new possibilities. Of Belgian-Canadian origin, I have over 6 years of experience in yoga. Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. I enjoy guiding my students through a personalized practice that meets their needs. I integrate meditation, breathing, and movement into my classes. Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. It is ideal for improving flexibility and strengthening muscles. Nidra Meditation, also called "lucid sleep yoga," is a guided meditation, an inner journey that affects the entire body. I teach in-person and in-home private lessons in Marrakech. I also teach online. See you soon on the mat!
