The class begins with a general discussion about the class topic before learning some lesser-known vocabulary for that topic. You then use this vocabulary in a speaking activity to test your comprehension. The class finishes with a more in-depth conversation activity about the theme of the class.

While fluency and confidence are obviously very important, so too is your accuracy when speaking. This refers to your command of the English language. Through the class, I correct any mistakes you make to help you improve your accuracy, which in turn helps your speaking.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ...
