Dutch can be a challenging language. Spelling, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, or speaking often cause insecurity in both children and adults. In my lessons, I help pupils and course participants step by step to gain more control, confidence, and enjoyment in the Dutch language.

I teach online lessons to:

- pupils in primary and secondary education (vmbo, havo and vwo);
- Dutch children living abroad;
- adults learning Dutch as a second language (NT2);
- students preparing for work, study, or emigration to the Netherlands.

The lessons can be taught entirely in Dutch, but if necessary, I also provide support in English, Spanish, or German. This allows non-native speakers to better understand grammar and language structures and make faster progress.

As a Dutch person living and working in Colombia, I have extensive experience with online education, multilingualism, and international students. My goal is not only better results, but above all more self-confidence and enjoyment of the Dutch language.

I have been an NT2 teacher at Linguarama since 2022, and I am TEFL/TESOL certified (160 hours). My background is in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology (Leiden University), which helps me to thoroughly understand the language culture and learning challenges of non-native speakers.
