ABOUT ME:

I have a BA degree in Teaching English and Translation, and MA degree in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language. I have also worked at the University of California, Santa Barbara as a Turkish instructor. I've been teaching English since 2001 and teaching Turkish since 2004 (in-state schools, at international language courses, and as a private tutor in multinational companies).

I have been teaching Turkish at all levels to students from various nationalities. I teach all levels from A1 (beginner) to C2 ( upper advanced). I began my teaching career (in Turkish) at well-known language schools such as Berlitz and British Side but then I chose to give private lessons. Now, I teach students from all over the world, including online lessons.

In years of experience, I have realized that the current teaching materials are not sufficient and I have begun to develop my own ones. Generally, these have a comprehensive explanation of grammar in English and multiple types of exercises that fit students’ needs.
