Hello! Since high school, my classmates used to ask me to explain their difficulties with chemistry and other subjects. That was my first informal experience providing tutoring.
I like to work one-on-one because I can discover how my student thinks when solving an exercise or explaining a concept, I can learn what interests him/her and with that I can personalize the teaching. I like to identify the true root of the difficulty in learning and thus draw up a plan to reinforce my student's knowledge. I feel satisfied when we see progress and confidence after this process. That is why I prefer students who want to receive more than one tutoring session because that is where the best results will be seen.
