I am a British National, I currently live in Macedonia although dancing has taken me all over Europe. My classes will be fun but professional. I am very hard working and I will strive to give you my best when teaching you.

I began training in the English style but I have been dancing in Russian method companies so I am able to offer the best of both worlds.

Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).

My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.

I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

In my ballet classes, we blend both classical and contemporary styles.

If you're just starting out, we’ll cover the basics and build up from there. We’ll talk about how understanding alignment and flow is key to ballet technique, and I’ll help you get comfortable with the basic ballet terms.

For more experienced dancers, we’ll meet you where you're at and work from there. We’ll focus on fine-tuning your technique and adding performance qualities to your practice.

In all my classes, I make sure we go at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you grow and enjoy dance for the long haul.

I am a professional performer with training in Chechetti as well as Imperial Ballet(ISTD). I have been teaching for over 10 years, with over 5 years of professional experience in Performing Arts Industry. Ballet can be used as a great tool to understand the basic elements of dance, while creating a strong foundation for all other styles of dance. As challenging as it may be on the body, ballet can one of the most rewarding art forms of dance.

The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes!

My contemporary class will focus on improving your co-ordination and pick up speed, developing experimenting with movement qualities, as well as practicing your technique. My class will include elements of Cunningham, Graham, and Release techniques. During Ballet class, we will focus on your technique and musicality as well as your performance skills and intentions. In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations.
My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly.
It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.

My schedule is flexible, so the table below may not include all possible hours for our class. Write to me and indicate your preferences. I will answer you as soon as possible!
