About Me

Born in Rosario, Argentina, on March 23, 1976. He got a degree in bandoneon at the Music University of Rosario, Argentina, under the direction of Domingo Federico. He also studied bandoneon with maestro Rodolfo 'Cholo' Montironi and studied orchestration and musical arrangements with masters Javier Martínez Lo Re and Rodolfo Mederos.

Experience / Qualifications

From 2000 until 2004, he was a member of the Youth Tango Orchestra of the Music Academy of Rosario; of the Tango Orchestra of the University of Rosario; in Filidoro's Wake Quartet; Quintet Camandulaje, Trio de tango Arrebatado.
Since 2004 he has lived in Italy, Germany and currently in Belgium, Brussels, collaborating with: Andorinha Sextet, Cadenera Guardian Orchestra, Melting Point 5teto, El Esquinazo Trio, Trio El Conjurado, Astor Quintet, Tango Absynthe Project, Tango Tinto Quintet, among others, as bandoneonist, arranger and composer.
As a teacher he currently teaches bandoneon and tango in different academies and directs the tango orchestra of the Beeldemstorm cultural center.

I am passionate dancer of Tango Argentin at Nosotros Tango Brussels. Since I was young I have been dancing couples' dances, and as soon as I could, I taught tennis, folk and salsa.

For the last 4 years I have dancing tango intensively in Zagreb in Tango Zagreb school. Under the supervision of genuine Argentinian teacher Osky Casas and his Croatian wife Tajana.

Last 1,5 years I have been teaching tango to Tango Young community, had two regular classed every week. Now I am in Brussels for work and I wouldn't like to forget how it is to teach.

I am not a fully professional but I can give you some glim how it is do dance tango, both leaders and followers. And also I can improve your knowledge that you already have. I am in the first place a social dancer and I dance 3-4 times per week in local milongas. Also I go to many marathons and tango festivals. When I am going back to Croatia I take lessons so I can improve myself even more. I wont teach you fancy stuff but I will show you how tango can be awesome.

Folklore from the south of the world – Music Lesson

I am Chilean and I am fan and player of the music of the southern cone: Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. Specifically I can help you learn tango, cueca, milonga, murga, boleros and tonadas. To a lesser extent I can help to learn Afro-Peruvian and bossa nova.

The lessons I offer can include musical practice, rhythms, progressions and typical melodies, as well as the study of the history of the musical genres and the culture associated with them.

If you want to nurture your career as a musician with other genres or if you are an amateur musician with an interest in music from the south of the world, these lessons are for you. If you are not a musician and simply want to approach the study of the culture, I can also provide books, articles and videos relating to it.

I would love to contribute to the further dissemination of this folklore that I love so much.
