I will make a training plan and (If you want) make a meal plan for you, again based on your current level of training and preferences. I want to show you that it actually can be fun to train and that it can even affect your mental health positively! I will help you to get the mindset and motivation to make the effort. No hard diets or killer excercises you that make you give up after the third day. I can show you how to keep your results sustainable and get a better lifestyle :)
