Great poker players don’t always make great coaches, but with a background in coaching elite athletes, university teaching experience, and a PhD in Psychology, I have a unique combination of poker and psychology expertise that sets my coaching apart. After completing my university studies in 2012, I transitioned to MTTs and live games, amassing over $1.2 million in live cashes and numerous trophies. PhD Psychology, University of Birmingham.
I was offered a full PhD scholarship on completion of my undergraduate degree and published a total of 7 first-authored papers in high-impact academic journals before turning to full-time poker after graduating.
