vocal accompaniment focusing on singing, breath control, body awareness, and public speaking.

Have you always dreamed of singing, but feel blocked?
Do you have a voice that tires easily, shortness of breath, tension in your throat, neck or jaw?
Or do you simply want to express yourself better, sing with more freedom, speak in public with more confidence, and feel more comfortable in your body?
In my approach, the voice is not just a matter of technique. It is linked to the body, breath, emotions, tension, and the nervous system. That's why I offer vocal work that combines vocal technique, breathing, body awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and the joy of exploration.
During a lesson, we work according to your needs: breathing, support, resonance, pitch, diction, interpretation, but also physical tensions that can block the voice. We can work from a sung piece, a spoken text, a public speaking exercise, or simply explore the voice gradually.
I place great importance on safety, kindness, and playfulness. To free the voice, you sometimes have to accept making strange, funny, or imperfect sounds. This allows you to let go of judgment, release control, and rediscover a more natural, vibrant, and authentic voice.
My courses are aimed at beginner or advanced singers, choir members, artists, introverts who wish to express their inner world, as well as professionals who use their voice a lot and want to speak with more presence, comfort and confidence.
For me, the voice is an extension of oneself. Singing or speaking then becomes a path to better know oneself, regulate oneself, express oneself and rediscover the joy of being fully present.

Experience / Qualifications
I am a lyric soprano, trained at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Belgium, notably with José Van Dam, and graduated with distinction from the Frédéric Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.
For over 17 years, I have been singing on stage in very different genres: opera, art song, concerts, theatre, but also jazz, pop and more experimental projects. I have had the opportunity to perform in venues such as the Opéra Bastille, La Monnaie, Bozar, Flagey, as well as at the Royal Palace of Belgium during the Christmas Concert.
But beyond the artistic journey, what deeply fascinates me today is the voice as a path to freedom.
For me, the voice is not just a matter of technique. It is linked to our whole being: the body, the breath, the emotions, the tensions, the nervous system, the way we allow ourselves — or do not — to take up space.
My approach stems as much from my experience as a singer as from my own personal journey. I discovered how emotional regulation, body awareness, breathwork, and calming the nervous system can transform the voice. When the body feels safer, the voice often becomes freer, deeper, and more vibrant.
In my classes, I like to create a space that is both serious and joyful, where you can learn, explore, make mistakes, laugh, breathe, make sometimes strange sounds, and gradually rediscover a more natural and authentic voice.
We can work on vocal technique, breath control, pitch accuracy, resonance, interpretation, but also stress management, stage presence, public speaking, and confidence in one's own expression.
My courses are aimed at beginner or advanced singers, choir members, artists, people who use their voice a lot, but also anyone who simply wants to breathe better, know themselves better and dare to make their voice heard more.
My wish is to transmit not only vocal tools, but also a gentler, freer and more vibrant relationship with one's own voice.
