She frequently works in the recording studio, often recording soundtracks for TV and film including Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean.

I have worked as a professional singer for over twenty years, regularly performing with groups including the BBC Singers, Monteverdi Choir and Gabrieli Consort and for a wide variety of conductors from Simon Rattle to Paul McCartney. I have toured in UK, Europe and USA, performing in venues including Carnegie Hall, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Opera Comique in Paris. I frequently work in the recording studio, often recording soundtracks for TV and film including Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Visiting singing teacher 2013- present. Teaching weekly individual lessons to girls and boys from 11-18. I teach healthy effective vocal technique and repertoire from classical to pop in preparation for performance and exams or simply for pleasure. I have an enthusiasm for the wider benefits of vocal training to my pupils’ confidence, mental health, communication skills and life.
Private vocal teaching 2016 - present Teaching students from primary age to retired from studio at home and more recently over Zoom. Vocal technique, performance skills, practice strategies, audition preparation, sight reading and musical skills. Motivating and inspiring singers and enabling the ambitious to progress to the next level and also working with adult singers looking to improve their vocal and musical skills to sing for pleasure. I have an ongoing interest in new developments in vocal research and teaching.
