Electric guitar lessons in MultiView video conference
From 59.96 C$ /h
I am a guitar teacher in two music schools and since the Covid-19 health crisis, I invite you to join me on Zoom or Whereby to help you continue to learn the electric guitar.
In a friendly and relaxed spirit, I use technical means that will allow you to hear my comments and see my gestures as close as possible to the handle. You will be able to reproduce my recommendations as well as possible. I also offer video recordings adapted to your level so that you can train at home regularly in your daily life.
To follow my lessons you need: an electric guitar, a pick and an amp. I provide the scores and course materials. If possible to replace the amplifier, a sound acquisition card with a small multi-effect is the best.
- For beginners, the prerequisite for my lessons is to know the basics of the guitar by knowing the few basic main chords. Even if you are in your first year of learning, you can already have a lot of fun discovering what you can get out of your instrument.
- For more advanced guitarists who want to go further in learning the standards of Blues and Rock, I suggest you follow yourself and guide you towards solutions that are simple to implement and that will help you achieve your goals.
Do not hesitate to contact me and ask your questions. We will assess together the best path to progress as quickly as possible and to become independent.
See you soon!

About Me
Hello everyone, here is a little history of my guitar journey:
I discovered the guitar at the age of 12, thanks to the music teacher of my Parisian college: Madame Sol (as Misses "G major", this cannot be invented). I then play and sing the repertory of Georges Brassens (very famous french singer) whose discs often played on my parents' Teppaz.
After seven years of classical guitar at the Paris conservatory, the discovery of the guitarist Marcel Dadi and his Fingerpicking marks a decisive turning point in my musical orientations. I meet him several times and participate in a masterclass of the Opal Coast festival. I then train in the sounds of the great Country, bluegrass and Ragtime standards of Chet Atkins, Jerry Reed, Doc Watson or Merle Travis.
I then lead a double career as a musician and studio technician. Composer and arranger of music registered in the SACEM registers, I compose and play for young artists in the making: Rock, Blues, Variety, Raï or Hard-Rock, nothing will stop my musical eclecticism. I also work in several small Parisian recording studios as a sound engineer and then as sound operator. I alternate between musical creations and a technician specialized in sound recording and digital voice editing for video games and toys. I set up a recording studio in the canton of Geneva on behalf of Vtech for the recording and editing of European voices. In 2008, I take my guitar back and come back to Fingerpicking. I then entered several music schools as a teacher of classical, folk and electric guitar.

- I am a guitar teacher in two music schools and I suggest you develop your knowledge with your favorite instrument: the guitar.
- Whether you are experienced or beginners, I would suggest that you resume learning the guitar at the base by rediscovering your instrument from a different angle and above all as simply as possible. We will review the basics of the guitar by breaking down the five main chords in my three + two approach. Even if you are in your first year of learning, you can already have a lot of fun discovering what you can get out of your instrument with these five chords.
- once these bases have been laid and explained, we can then apply them in learning new songs. We can also take what you already know to better understand what you already knew how to play. Names of the agreements, their constitutions, how to go further ...
- For more advanced guitarists who feel blocked in their progressions, I will offer you a clear and concise view of your position and your possibilities of evolution, a suitable course that will allow you to go further in learning the guitar . I will suggest that you follow you and guide you towards solutions that are simple to implement and that will help you achieve your goals.
- To be able to continue taking courses, today we must go through videoconferencing. I will also guide you to be as efficient as possible in this area. I will give you advice on platforms, software, lighting, sound recording and all the aspects to take into account to continue to exist in this confined world. And if the situation improves, why not continue in person ...
Do not hesitate to contact me and ask your questions. We will assess together the best way to reach your goals.
