Dobry den! I am a new expat to Prague, and I am looking to teach kids or adults of any age to start playing guitar, and learn a little conversational English in the process. The lesson format would look something like this:

- We go over guitar basics - chords, scales, form, etc.
- We pick a few songs of your choosing (or I can select some classic songs) that we can work through until you can play them all the way through.
- We continue learning as much as you'd like!

My classes are meant for anyone who has the basic knowledge of music theory and notation, and who has compositional ideas that need expressing. I individually tailor the teaching method using the Suzuki or notation approach. I suggest a repertoire from both classical and popular music, as well as arrangements of pieces you would like to play.

I will assist with music theory and learning to read sheet music. Depending on the method, the lessons last from 30 to 60 minutes.

You don't need to have an instrument - I provide a lever harp :)

Born in San Diego California and raised in Hawaii, Miles has studied classical guitar and contemporary music since childhood. His musical experiences have ranged both from performing and recording Reggae, Blues, Rock, Pop, Metal, Afro and World Beat to accompanying Jazz bands and classical ensembles. Miles continues his musical career and studies of Classical-Flamenco guitar in Europe where he has been living and teaching for the past ten years. Teacher since the age of seventeen.

Music production is something anyone can do these days. As long as you take some time to understand the basic concepts of how audio works and are open to experiment, it can easily become a way of expressing yourself. The class is designated for electronic music production only. It can be any electronic music genre.
