About Me

I started with a dance background before I went for music environment, which makes my musical approach very open to other arts and diverse in its application.
I have composed for films, for theater, for dance and also for art exhibitions.
I have also worked with all types of musicians, between instrumental and electronic music or between improvised and written music.
I am very attracted by the field of musical research and I have had experiences in acoustics laboratories or in ethno-musicological environments.
It is my varied experience that allows me to adapt to any type of request and desire.

I have already had the opportunity to teach, whether to children in music classes or to musicians in their personal creation and it is for me a pleasure to be able to share my experience and my knowledge. As a composer, I consider pedagogy as a necessary step to allow me to go further in my personal practice of music and to consolidate my knowledge. I am looking for students with a thirst for creation and exploration in their musical imagination, who want to deepen or simply begin their musical practice.

My methods differ depending on the needs, but generally come back to 3 parts:

-Listening to and critiquing your musical work, to allow you to draw inspiration from references and thus go further in the quality of your work
-The correction and creation of exercises adapted to the desires and the level of the student
-The search for solutions to specific problems that are and obstacle to musical creation

I have a total mastery of French and English, and a mastery of musical vocabulary as well as an ability to use basic German language.

Music theory, an essential subject to deeply understand music.
As I am Hungarian, I studied the Kodály method. It is a rather special method which is characterized by a lot of singing, creativity and rhythmic games, which was invented for the education of the people, not for the musical elite. Its effectiveness is proven by many musicians who have grown up in this extraordinary system.
During the lessons we would do several types of exercises:
- listening exercises
- writing exercises
- sing songs, melodies, chords, intervals...
