I offer 90-minute classes divided into three 30-minute blocks, with a 10-minute break in between. I use platforms like Zoom or Google Meet to teach my classes. To ensure an optimal experience, classes must be reserved with seven days notice. Hello,

My name is Rodrigo, I am 33 years old and I am from Fortaleza, Brazil. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

I started my career as an English and Spanish teacher at Wizard By Pearson in Maracanaú, a city near Fortaleza. For almost 4 years, I worked with approximately 150 adult learners at the school and at local businesses. This experience was fundamental in my professional development, since it allowed me to acquire skills in ethics and human sensitivity. In addition, I discovered a passion for psychology, which I studied in my university degree.

Currently, I am finishing my degree in Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. This training has provided me with tools to deal with heavy workloads, handle pressure and collaborate effectively in teams. In addition, I have developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as a focus and determination to achieve goals.

In March 2022, I had the opportunity to work as a Trilingual Social Media Content Moderator for Teleperformance in Bogotá, Colombia. In July of the same year, I was promoted to Trilingual Trainer, specialized in Content Moderation for Brazil and Portuguese-speaking countries. During my time as a trainer, I have had the opportunity to train and develop more than 90 content moderators of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds, especially Colombians, Argentines, Venezuelans and Mexicans. My focus has been to teach them community policies and guidelines, as well as provide them with essential social and emotional skills for the job, such as resilience, discipline, and time management.

In addition, I have collaborated in the development of a market-oriented training program, which includes language and culture classes applied to content moderation for non-native Portuguese speakers. This initiative has significantly improved moderation accuracy and trading results.

My experience in the field of content moderation has allowed me to learn about cultural differences and handle culture shock situations effectively. I've also worked collaboratively with QA teams to develop hands-on tests with real, up-to-date content to prepare content moderators for the job.
