Education
I completed my high school education with a strong focus on science and mathematics. I studied Mathematics, Biology, Further Mathematics, and Economics, achieving AABB in my final exams. During my IGCSE years, I developed a deep interest in biology and scored a 7 out of 9 in IGCSE Biology. My passion for the subject has only grown since then, leading me to pursue a degree in Microbiology at the University of Manchester, where I am currently in my first year. My academic background, combined with a keen interest in the biological sciences, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in this field.
Experience / Qualifications
During high school, I actively participated in various competitions, gaining valuable experience beyond the classroom. One of my proudest achievements was winning a global silver medal in the British Biology Olympiad (BBO), which challenged me to deepen my understanding of biology and apply my knowledge in new and exciting ways. These competitions not only broadened my scientific perspective but also helped me develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The knowledge I gained from these experiences has been invaluable, providing me with a solid foundation that complements my formal education and continues to benefit me in my current studies.
