Korean for Beginners: From Hangul to Everyday Conversation
From 28 C$ /h
Whether you're learning Hangul for the first time or feel stuck speaking Korean, this 1:1 lesson is a comfortable place to start. We begin with reading and pronunciation, then practice real-life phrases like introducing yourself, ordering food, and asking for directions. As a Korean and German language major, I know which sounds and grammar points are tricky for German speakers and can explain them clearly. Lessons are tailored to your goals (travel, K-content, exams, or just for fun), and I share review materials after each class.
Extra information
Please bring pen and prepare a quiet place with a stable internet connection. No prior Korean is needed for beginners. If you'd like, tell me your goals before the first lesson so I can tailor the class.

About Me
Hi! I'm Seohyun, a native Korean speaker from Daegu, South Korea. I'm majoring in Korean Language and Literature and German Language and Literature at Kyungpook National University, and I'm working toward becoming a Korean language teacher in Germany.
Because I study German too, I know which Korean sounds and grammar points are tricky for German speakers, and I can explain them clearly in English. My lessons are relaxed and practical: we start from Hangul and pronunciation, then move on to real-life conversation like introducing yourself, ordering food, and talking about your interests.
Whether you're learning for travel, K-dramas and K-pop, or just curiosity, tell me your goal and we'll build the lessons around it. I'd love to meet you in a trial lesson!
